Conserving raw materials by recycling instead of using virgin materials.
Garment-to-garment recycling, also known as textile-to-textile recycling, is a process of repurposing used clothing or fabric scraps into new garments. Typically, garments are embellished using heat transfers or other decorations made of materials such as PU or TPU. However, these decorations need to be manually cut out of the garment in order to separate the different materials and enable a flawless recycling process.
To eliminate this additional step, we have developed a brand-new heat transfer technique called 3R - ECOPOLY. This innovative heat transfer is made of 100% polyester and can therefore be added into the recycling process together with the polyester garment.
