Single-coloured scripts in FLAT PU quality do start from a single piece onwards. Multi-coloured designs and 3D executions start from a minimum of 500 pcs. onwards.
As part of the development process, each quality has to pass our internal wash and application tests, preferably on the actual fabrics/garments, prior to bulk production.
According to the regulations published by Football governing bodies, the maximum size permitted for a neck label on a jersey is 12cm².
