HIGH-QUALITY HEAT TRANSFER LOGO FOR MEDICAL BANDAGES
We had the pleasure of collaborating with medi, a company specializing in medical aids based in Bayreuth, Germany. The project's objective was to develop a modern and innovative way of embellishing medical bandages without compromising their functionality, which is a significant challenge in the medical field.

Our mission was to enhance medical bandages by ensuring that the logo could endure the stretching and movement of the bandage material, all while implementing a decoration technique in line with current trends, setting it apart from the industry's traditional use of embroidery or woven heat transfers.
THE SOLUTION
To address this project's requirements effectively, dekoGraphics worked closely with medi's technicians to develop a heat transfer logo.
Developing a Durable and Flexible Heat Transfer Logo
Throughout the project, the collaboration was intense and there were multiple iterations of product samples and tests to ensure that the final product met the desired specifications. Our 3D SILICONE product line proved to be the best option for this project, as it met all the necessary requirements and offered additional benefits such as improved recognition value.
Testing and Iteration: Ensuring the Final Product Matches the Desired Specifications
Multiple layers of silicone with different heights combined in one 3D SILICONE | MULTILEVEL heat transfer logo enabled us to perfectly display the different structures and levels of the design. This was the key reason for choosing 3D SILICONE | MULTILEVEL, as it ensured both the aesthetic integrity of the logo and the necessary functionality of the medical bandage.
The final product underwent testing with volunteers to prove that our development efforts were on the right track. The results showed that we had successfully created a high-quality heat transfer logo that fully satisfied the client's expectations.
